Hello, I have a ‘14 Jeep Patriot 4wd 80,000 miles. I was wondering if the Fuel Pump Assembly has a filter to be changed? Or just the entire assembly? Want to do some preventive maintenance if it has a filter.

Pretty sure it just has a built in screen in the fuel pump assembly. Not even a sock or inline filter. Its getting pretty common nowadays. The fuel pump is pretty easy to get to though by removing the back seat. Might just take it out and take a look just to see if you see any dirty fuel or obvious signs of damage. But really for a 2014 I wouldn't worry about fuel filters for another few years though 🙂
