My 2015 Ford mustang V6 coupe 3.7 l I want to replace the injectors I bought aftermarket injectors that are replacement but not upgrades I keep reading that you need to have it tuned done if you replace the injectors is this so or can I just replace the injectors myself.
Critical parts like fuel injectors should be OEM, or at least from the original equipment supplier. Aftermarket parts have a high probability of not working properly.

Why did you change fuel injectors to third-party ones and not have any kind of upgrading in the first place? Those Motorcraft fuel injectors were perfectly fine.
