fuel injectors not firing

2003 Dodge Neon SRT 2.4 turbo 1 and 4 injectors not firing/pulsing but it does have power while 2 and 3 injector are working fine, connections are clean no broken or warped wires, P0351 code on scanner but the coil pack plug wires and spark plugs where replaced and are firing great so I'm thinking it could be a PCM problem because the code still shows even after its been cleared..

What if the PCM is to blame but it's because it's working as designed?

Looking at your PCM's injector control terminals #1 and #4 are separated between #2 and #3.

So why would the PCM randomly fail on 2 injector grounds separated by 2 other injector grounds?

#1 and #4 have nothing in common here.

But cylinders #1 and #4 do have something in common somewhere else.

They share the same coil in the coil pack and the same "switching signal" wire from the computer and even though you "parts bombed" the ignition components, the P0351 code persists.

(PCM is not seeing the proper electrical signals from the ignition coil(s) during normal operation)

Submitted for your consideration, what if the PCM is intentionally not sending a ground signal to injectors #1 and #4 because it's not receiving a valid signal from the #1/#4 ignition coil?

Wire #3 to your coil pack sends the switching signal to the ignition coil (within the coil pack) that feeds spark to cylinders 1 and 4 simultaneously. Before replacing the PCM, maybe check out this circuit and the coil pack.
