bought a 04 Toyota Corolla and when I went to change the valve cover and spark plugs I seen that the sparks plugs had carbon on them and my engine had a Burnt on oil from previous owner not changing oil enough should I run a ats chemical cleaner Crf Cro through it ?

It could help if the piston rings are not worn.
