Hey Scotty, Will I hurt anything in a 2000 Camry with 250,000 miles if I use 93 once to see if it runs better? 4cyl with an emissions check engine light that I have been ignoring

Only thing will be hurting is your wallet by wasting it.
And cel should not be ignored. Check the code and check/replace what needs to be addressed.
