Scotty I have a 2017 Honda Accord Touring with the V6 and 37k mi. Not every time but most of the time, especially more when reversing, I can hear my car make a quick sound that sounds like a diesel engine only in the first second of accelerating. This also happens when I’m cruising at a relatively low speed and then I give it some gas to go fast. I use my car daily for delivering pizza and it does idle ALOT. What do you think this could possibly be.

Well I would say check your fan belts first it could be that they're loose or one of the pulleys is worn like water pump or whatever and makes that noise when you first take off as it starts to rattle
