Hi Scotty love your YouTube anyway I have a 2007 Silverado when driving and I turn to the left it starts to groan but if I’m sitting still I can turn the wheels left and I get no noise I have replaced both wheel hubs and rotors and brake pads can you help me out it’s a extended cab with the 5.3 Z71 not the classic

check for play in the suspension arms, balljoints, steering linkage, etc.
