I currently have a 2009 chevy impala with 120,000 miles on it, but I just saw a 2005 Toyota Rav4 with 105,000 miles come up for sale for $5,000 and quickly caught my eye. Are these good cars. Is there anything to look out for with that car having such low miles? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

They're good cars if they were well maintained. The low mileage is suspicious. Also suspect is the fact that everyone is looking to find a 'good car' for $5000, especially a Toyota. Make sure to have a mechanic check it out before buying.
The Rav4 is a great little little car, and that year was very solid, not perfect, but very reliable.
The mileage is low, but only somewhat suspicious. When I am interested in a car, I admit I do like to look at carfax because it may list an accident, but I like to see how many previous owners it had, and how long they owned it. It gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling when I see owners keeping it a really long time, and scares me when I see then buying and selling it fast.
You didn't say where you live, but watch out for rust, and of course, have it checked out by a mechanic.
