Hello Scotty,
I recently changed the automatic transmission fluid on a 2006 Lexus SC 430 with 85,000 miles on it. The owner's manual did not recommend changing it, but I drained it nonetheless in May of this year. This past weekend (August 28) the transmission started making a hard clunk noise when stopping. I'm not sure if it is a computer problem or transmission problem.
Please help Scotty, you're my only hope 🙂 /p>
P.S. Thank you for all you do to help guys like me. Your selfless advise and hard work is a treasure!

Well as they age sometimes they will do that but do check motor mounts transmission mount see if any of those are bad and make sure you have the exact correct amount of fluid in the transmission having too little or too much can make it clunk
