Camry Hard or no shifting in extreme cold weather

Hello

My 2011 Camry 2.5l with 129,000km shifts hard or no shifts for about the first 200 feet when cold start up,  then drives fine after.  I did have the transmission oil and filter changed last summer and there has been no issues except lately in extreme cold mornings only.  Should I warm the engine first and for how long?  Thanks!

how is the fluid level now?

Hi: I can’t tell. There is no dip stick. I could take it back to the shop?

ok 200ft is nothing. It does have to warm up a little bit. I wouldn't worry about it much.

Thanks !! it was like -25C last couple nights and since the trans oil change it has run great, I was wondering if they put enough oil in it too but it is a reputable transmission shop. I will warm it up a little during these extreme cold days. Thanks again.
