Have a 2005 cadillac escalade esv. Rear ac seems to work great but front doesn't. Had a local mechanic check with guages and was within range. His scan tool was showing the actuator not operating properly so i checked it and it is but still changed...

So the blend door actuator is not working properly. Correct?
The actuator is working. I even turned the knob that the actuator connects to by hand to see if I wasn't catching something but it never changed the temp. Still like ambient temperature coming out the front vents
