03 Honda civic 1.7 vtec
Antifreeze looks good, oil looks good, but inside of overflow is covered in nasty old black oil. Car runs perfectly. Any guidance would be appreciated!

flush the coolant, and clean the overflow.
Do a cylinder compression test.
Search Scotty's youtube for more details.
Cylinder compression test was 150psi across the board. After searching the web it appears this is common with this engine, but no one has posted what they did to remedy it 1😒
