2005 Subaru Outback, AT, 2.5. non turbo, 250K, new thermostat,radiator cap, coolant, heater core not plugged,, blend door works fine, engine normal operating temp, blows hot air on drivers side and cold air on passenger side on all mode settings.

If you have dual-zone HVAC the blend door on the passenger side is likely not working properly. You could also try bleeding air out of your cooling system.
