i have a 2017 rav4 limited edition with about 40,000km on it

i bought it new and have always found the heater to be giving little heat, I put it at 21 or 22c ( 70-72f) and it’s like warm

last year they said oh we found air bubble and it did get slightly better, but I have to crank the heat way up to get warm air

the a/c is great I can make ice cubs it blows cold

I am going back to the dealer and they said they will do a temperature test as the service advisor said it does not seem to be blowing warm air at the temperature it should

my 2022 rav4 with the dial temp gauge works great , my wife’s Mazda cx9  at 21c is blowing hot air

any idea what they should be looking for I am an hour north of Buffalo so I need heat in the winter
