My 2014 Ford Edge Limited's Power Windows has stopped working. How Do I Fix This problem? It has 131,700 miles on the odometer. This SUV has Automatic Transmission. The fuse is not burnt.

all the windows?
all the switches?

There's 2 fuses, the Accessory Delay Relay, and the Power Windows Circuit Breaker, powering the window motors.

If the Accessory Delay Relay was faulty then the radio wouldn't work either.

They're all in the Passenger Compartment fuse box (BCM).

But before you do anything check to see if you can operate the front passenger window from the switch on the front passenger door.

Here's how those windows are wired. Notice where I put a Yellow Circle around the splice in the Blue wire from the Power Windows Circuit Breaker.

It splices off to the right in the diagram and provides direct power to the Front Passenger Door.

If you can operate the Front Passenger Door window using the switch on the front passenger door then it's almost a sure bet that the Blue wire is broken at the connector between the driver's door and the car body. But if you can't then check those fuses, circuit breaker, and relay. (they're all shown in the wiring diagram)

That connector is behind this rubber cover right here:

Peel back the rubber cover and check if the Blue wire is broken off from the wiring connector. (It's right on the top of the connector). If it isn't obvious, give it a little tug ((giggity)) and make sure it doesn't pull right out.

Even if it isn't broken off, grab a test light and with Key ON, backpin that wire at the connector and make sure it has power.

If it doesn't have power and you can't work the passenger window from the passenger door switch either then you have to test for power right at the fuse box.

According to the wiring diagram that circuit plugs into the Fuse Box/BCM at connector C2280D so you'd locate the Blue wire on that connector, backpin it and Key ON check for power.

You can measure voltage on the fuse to make sure there's 12V.

Beyond that, you'll need a wiring diagram to troubleshoot.

All windows and (all corresponding switches) stopped working. They are stuck in the "up" position.
