I have a 2013 Camry XV50 in which the power lock and windows are not functioning on the rear left door. The door lock will not activate and will have to be operated manually, and the power window is absolutely dead.
Does anyone have any ideas on what the most probable cause and solution is to this issue?

Usually this is more of a problem with the driver's door which gets the most use, but it's probably worth checking the wiring where it flexes going into the door.
