Engine shakes

Hello! Love the channel. I have a 2018 Chevy Cruise. It has 56k miles. It was working perfectly until one day after driving to a store I turned it on and the engine started shaking. I towed it to chevy and they replaced a fuel injector and the electrical bar that delivers spark and the spark plugs. It worked ok but that the randomly shakes but at half the original shaking amount. It is noticeable when sitting at a light and it is noticeable when reversing up a hill or at low acceleration. I also feel it doesn't get as good gas mileage anymore. There is no check engine light. The mechanic cleaned the throttle body and told me to use fuel cleaning in the gas and also use 89 fuel instead of the 87 I was using before. This didn't fix the problem. It's a shame because I like the cheap car for getting around town. Please help me?

Just because there is no check engine light doesn't mean there aren't stored codes that might give a clue to the problem. Likewise live data needs to be examined for problems. If your mechanic did not take these diagnostic steps you need to find a better mechanic.

Also please note for future reference that the title line of your post is intended for a short description, not a copy of your entire text. Thank you. (Title edited.)

someone with a good diagnostic tool and knowledge needs to run a cylinder power balance check.

Have you checked when your warranty runs out?
