Hello there !! I got a 2006 bmw 750i with 145000 miles cars drives good but sometimes when i turn it on it throws alot of smoke from exhaust and i press the gas it takes alittle to go , and it also shakes what could it be. Im trying to help a friend out thankzz

What color is the smoke? Do you have any code on the dash?
If you really want to ‘help a friend’, ask him/her to get rid of it asap.
Your brief description sounds like there may be multiple things wrong with the car in the engine and transmission.
If you must fix it, find an independent guy who specialises in BMWs and possesses a fancy scan tool capable of diagnosing BMWs.

Idk if I am right, but if you watch some of Hoovies Garage on the E65 7 series, they were notorious for bad valve seals and oil consumption (could be the reason why it's smoking) which is a massive and expensive job (like at least $8000). It's very common on those v8 BMWs whether you have the N62 (as u have I am guessing) or the N63.
