I have a 2012 Lexus GX460 with 155,000 sealed transmission not sure if previous owners changed it would you suggest I change even though I am not having any problems with it slipping etc ?

I would change it I would not flush it I would just change it and use the Lexus OEM fluid

Check with Lexus, they likely have tons of records. My Gx470 2008 had records of tranny fluid changes along with everything else.
There is a website you can get on, lexus owners I think, that will have the records.
I did a full "exchange" on mine at about 140k with amsoil fuel efficient, it would almost trick you into thinking it was a cvt it shifts so smooth.
