Help: Dealer said : "This is normal, cannot fix, please accept" for my brand new 2020 RAV4 5000km XLE.. What do you think ?

I am not rich and saved enough money and live in Toronto North Area.
I visited the dealer two times already to discuss two issuses.
All the peoples I talked to in the dealer said "This is normal and please accept. Most car owners have this issue."
Why all car owners accept this ?
Even the Toyota's manager I talked to himself said he has the issue 1 below.
1) I back up my car every morning from my garage slowly and I can hear a high pitch noise.
2) Whenever I parked my car, there is a water dropping sound under my car.
So, I squeeze my lemon and now it is leaking and squeaking..
Scotty, please help for the new normal from Toyota.

If you believe the dealer when they tell you "It's Normal" then the village where you live is missing an idiot. It's not your fault that overly sophisticated and unnecessarily electronic cars today are a nightmare for their owners and the dealers. Do not take "No" for an answer. Do not accept "It's Normal." It is NOT normal. And if enough people get the nuts to stand up for themselves, car manufacturers will have to do a better job of taking care of the people spending $30,000 plus dollars on these nightmares they are producing today.
It seems like it is a lengthy and exhausting battle for me.
I might need to go to the biggest dealer in this Area with the competant mechanics to take a look next week and spending days after days to persuade Toyota that it is an issue..
I hope that enough owners in this Area will stand up to voice out that it is an issue.
