I have a 2016 Nissan Altima Sr with 105k miles. I hit a deer and had the insurance company repair it. It cost $7,000 to repair the front end. After I got the car back whenever I turn on the AC the compressor makes noises. What should I do?

I am not an expert at all on this but maybe just call the insurance company and tell them whoever fixed the car didn't fix that issue, then ask them to send it back to the mechanic and they should handle the rest and make sure to tell them it was doing this before the deer hit it. Hopefully you can get someone else who is more knowledgeable on this topic to answer your question, but I am just telling you what I would do. Good luck and Welcome to the Forum!
