Scotty, I am a big fan of yours and watch all of your videos.  I know how much of a fan you are when it comes to Toyotas but here is my problem.  Just in April 2021, I purchased a 2021 Sienna for my growing family with 3 kids.  The engine is fine but the roof liner which runs parallel came off which was held by double sided sticky tape to my surprise.  Also, the internal sunroof trim is falling off thereby exposing the roof linings.  This car is only 2 months old but the Wappingers Falls Toyota Dealer in NY and even the Toyota manufacturer is giving me the run around to repair these defects as part of the warranty! I've been going through 4 days of being bounced around like a basketball.    

Is the crappy customer service to be expected from buying a new Toyota?   I need your advice and help.  I am so frustrated watching my new Sienna peeling like a banana.
