No. If you really must have one, lease it and turn it back in before the warranty is up.

You stated that it will be a daily driver. If you really want one, I would go for a Cooper Countryman S ALL4. That way you can get the BMW B48 engine and the Aisin AW-F8F35 automatic transmission.
