Since you say it happens after a rain, I am assuming water is getting into the electronics somewhere and shorting them, and therefore messing with everything.
Make sure the different plastic boxes in the engine protecting the electronics are sealing correctly, and if you find water in one, use a water displacer like WD-40.
If it happens after it rains a lot odds are water is messing it up.
Like @7-3punchina3-4 said make sure to look for a leak and check if its sealed correctly. You might find a pool of water in there you never know.
I will most definitely check for any seals, right now I don’t have it with me it’s at my mechanic and they keeping it for a while till it come back to test out the electrical components
