I have a 98 mustang 3.8. My rpm bounces when i drive and sometimes it drives with rpm at 0 and idles like that, and sometimes it idles high on 2500 rpm and drives like that. When i hit a bump in the road i lose power to my windows, radio, winshield wipers but it still drives while thats happening. And i have a really bad squeak and pop when i turn my wheel and the ac doesnt work. Whats wrong and what do i need to do to fix it?

Start by checking the electrical system. You probably have a loose connection or a warn ignition switch. You would have to test all the wiring with a meter to see where there's some type of electrical either short or loose connection.
