Hey Scotty big fan I have learned a lot from you I have a 1989 Ford F-250 and when I press the brakes it’s sponges also I have a high ideling problem I’ve bleed and replaced the brakes shoes what can I do to fix iT

You likely have air in your brake lines, or a 33-year-old rubber brake hose is ballooning under pressure.

33 year old truck. Master cylinder seals are probably gone.
