I have a 98 Honda Civic and it keeps over heating I already changed the thermostat the coolant switch the coolant temperature sensor they checked the water pump and they said it was good and they said it’s not the head gasket either bc it doesn’t leak at all what I do notice is that my car uses a lot of antifreeze it’s been 3 weeks and I’ve gotten 6 bottles of antifreeze and it still over heats what could it be?
If it does not drip on the ground, it burns the coolant. Your headgasket is blown. Take the car to a good mechanic to tell you the truth.
Is it better to buy the sealant?
For the meanwhile?
You can try it.
Just because your head gasket is not leaking externally doesn't mean it's not leaking internally. You engine is exhibiting the classic symptoms.
