Hey scotty i have 2010 Honda Accord automatic transmission never been changed 185000 miles should i do it or leave it alone shifts great still tho

Go ahead and change it. Honda transmissions don't shead clutch material like American transmissions so changing it won't cause it to slip. Just do a drain and fill though. You do not want to flush it because that is just asking for trouble.
