Hey scotty i have a honda civic coupe 2018 with 61,000 at the time i bought it from a private seller and for a year it has driven perfect. But recently while I'm driving i make a turn with the steering wheel and I hear a cracking sound coming from the front left wheel of the car, so I'm assuming maybe it's the tie rod going bad, or the ball joints or the strut mounts? it could the steering column??
You need to physically inspect those components for wear. You could also try a noise-finding device of the type that Scotty has demonstrated.
