Hi. I am asking for help to expose this dealership ripping this elderly woman off in Florida. She went in on a Saturday evening to look at a truck and they rushed her through because she said it was late in the evening. It was a ised truck, but the financial aspects of the deal is where you will see the heart wrenching thievery that went on here. Its an 84 month loan. The first 24 months pays interest only. She has been making $677 monthly payments for 20 months now. No payments will go to the truck until November of this year. The dealership also ripped her off by adding a $9000 dealership fee to a used vehicle. I'm looking for some help in exposing this rotten deal and dealership. Help?? Please?

Is there a point to exposing them if what they're doing is legal and most people already know?

Why would anybody agree to financing like that?
There's no shortage of shady dealers out there preying on people with no cash or bad credit.
Bottom line for this elderly lady or anybody making big purchases: DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING before reading the fine print, no matter how much they rush you. This is your ONLY line of defence against a bad deal. Scribbling your name down means you accept everything on that document and you cannot legally claim you didn't know. I thought this was common knowledge. If they don't already teach you this in school they should.
