Hi I have a 95 automatic Toyota t100 and the headlights won’t turn off with the switch. When I got the truck first the headlights wouldn’t turn off and now it’s the parking lights.

Generally it's just a bad switch I'd replace a switch then pray it's not a computer module failure which cost a fortune

You could wire them to a switch if it's the computer though, if you have to
