$5000 out the door with a little over 100K miles. Great body however. .Thanks.
Get one without rust for that price.

I would. But I'm admittedly extremely picky when it comes to rust.

As long as it is just surface rust, I wouldn’t worry. It’s when the rust goes deeper to the point it impacts the structural integrity of the hardware (including rot) that I would walk away - bigger problems lie ahead (including safety).
