Hi Scotty from Cajun Country, Lafayette LA. Do you know why Honda uses the same size oil filter for all of their vehicles/engines regardless of size. It seems like a Fram low end filter that needs to be changed about every 3K miles. I recently change...

Toyota doesn't use a one size fits all oil filter for their engines. Just curious as to why Honda does.

I believe it would be a Fram 7317. The Fram 3598a is slightly larger and will also fit.  But the difference isn't enough to matter.

Nissan uses the Fram 6607. Take a look at the tiny size of that one.
