Hi I have a 2010 Corolla LE 1.8L 222K Code P0014 keeps Popping up I changed oil to spec VVT solenoid resistance check was 9.1 & Cleaned Both solenoids volts test click click. I get a rattle at cold start then it gos away when warm could it hopefully be a clogged vvt Filter that's in the main caps? .Thanks Aaron.

Replace the VVT-i filter, maybe that'll help.
The VVT solenoids are very rarely the issue on Toyotas, usually it's a stretched chain or bad sprockets.
Possibly an oil pressure issue? maybe it's bleeding off somewhere.
