Hi Scotty I have a 2012 Chevy Traverse LT with 112,000 miles on it, automatic transmission Error: service stabilization traction control engine power reduced. So when me or my mother drive it once a day that error will come on and the engine power is reduced I tried cleaning the intake valve with valve spray and still has not resolved. Is there a way to disconnect the traction control wire or fuse I don’t know what to do?
Do you have any CEL on the dash? If so, have you retrieved the code?
Find out what the code means, then troubleshoot the issue. See the FAQ for details.
Run a diagnostic. Again it’s explained in the faq
Just Service stabilization traction control engine power reduced on the dasboard
It will drive fine for maybe 30 min or so until a bump in the road will tigger it and engine power is reduced causing it to drive very slow
