Hi Scotty I have honda city automatic transmission, 2006 model, the engine light comes on after few minutes of driving and stays on steady sometimes it comes on after few days, and sometimes it keeps coming on every interval of driving, so confusing

the check engine light means there is a problem, is this making your driving difficult?

I assume you meant Honda Civic? Have a mechanic scan the computer to see what engine light was for.
