Engine stalls at idle, does not restart

Hi yall i have a 1991 cadillac brougham 5.7 v8 that keeps turning off on idle and now it will not turn on at all not even with carburetor cleaner i have changed abunch of parts already need tips on what it can be car has NO engine codes things change

I tried adjusting the timing no luck

What else can it be?

Things changed

Ignition coil

Distributor rotor

Spark plugs and wires

Fuel filter

Ignition Control moduel

Egr vavle

Fuel pump

what does that mean?

No crank? or no start?

Have you measured fuel pressure? See our FAQ for common problems.

@imperator srry the car use to turn on run fine for a while then it will shut off now it will not turn on injectirs have been rebuilt as well fuel filter and pump


you just repeated what you said before. I still don't know what "turn on" means. Follow the links I gave you.


@imperator it will crank up and start and idle


ok so it does start, but it stalls on you? Janky ignition switch maybe.
