Hey Scotty. I have a 2011 AWD 6cyl 3.5 Toyota sienna. My car squeals konda like high pitched sound same as like when you have bad brakes already. It only shows up when Im running at 45 mph any other than that no sounds at all. Any idea why?

Does it originate from under the hood or elsewhere?
I could not really tell as I am listening to it while cruising and it is really odd as it only shows up exactly at 45 mph on my odometer
