Hmm

Like I said before, the transmission was only touched once and that was at 180k miles when they FLUSHED it

I don't know but there is something with transmission maintenance being odd

Also, they changed the color from gray to blue, I don't know if the dealers don't know colors or its being changed...

And the fact that they don't have any images...

According to this online vin decoder there is "1 problem found" with the odometer

You would definitely want to see more pictures check for rust and have a mechanic check it out, though I personally would skip

200k miles is also a lot, I can't comment the price bc I see those going for $15-25k in California but others are saying 3 grand so listen to them lol

200K miles is not a lot of miles for a Tacoma.  Mine has 220K and drives great, no repairs for probably 4 years now.

Yes the  prices for used Tacoma's seem high,  but that's just the way it is.  Demand is high.

No way in hell you'll get it for 3K, that's delusional

@joec Thanks for responding. What year and what engine is your tacoma?

2005 V6 4.0. Bulletproof.

Also bear in mind that 2005-2008 Tacoma's had a major recall due to rusted frames. The frame, leaf springs, gas lines, main front steering arms, bushings, brake lines and more were all replaced in these vehicles by Toyota in the past 5 years. Toyota completely re-built these trucks. The invoice of mine came to like 17K all billed to Toyota.

Now of course if you dont live in a rust prone area, the Tacoma's there probably never had this problem. If you live in the snow belt they probably did. If you can score one of these, jump on it. My work was done about 3 years ago, and its still drives like new.

Also, if you get a 2005-2008, make sure you look into the frame rust issue. At some point that recall ended and the previous owner may have never had that work done. Dont buy a rusty one.

Thanks. I know all the recalls, though.
