Hey yall my 2012 fusion with 86k ran so quiet with 5w30 m1 that when it was idling after a few minutes I could barely here it I had to check to make sure it hadn't cut off but with a fresh oil change of 5w20 hm m1 it is not quiet like that anymore

use the oil recommended in your owner's manual.

Your statement is false. If it's making more noise it means that your engine is working harder to lube up all the parts of the intervals, stick to the recommended is best for your case.
