Hey scotty, I drive a 2008 automatic Honda Accord with an 2.4 v4 engine. It has 250,000 miles. So I’ve been having this issue for quite a while now. The car rattles or shakes whenever I change the gear to D (Drive) the shake usually occurs when I’m in a full stop or when the rpm is at 1.5-2.5k. It doesn’t matter what speed you’re in it will shake if the rpm is at that level. (1.5-2.5k) it also worsens when the air conditioner is on and when it is off it doesn’t shake as much. I changed the spark plugs (cheap once’s not original) but it had no effect.

Check engine and transmission mounts.
