Hi , I have an 08 Honda Accord 2.4L with 240,000 kms , recently had cam sensor code, replaced it after a few months and got a MAP sensor code, also VVT solenoid , replaced both, car has had a loss of power and is hard to get going, changed the crank sensor as well, car now no longer starts and engine is flooded, couldn’t keep it running and now cam and crank codes keep coming back, MAF sensor was checked as well and seemed clean as a whistle , I’m really at a loss for what to do next, again a list of what’s been replaced is : MAP sensor , Cam sensor , Crank sensor and VVT solenoid, 🙁
The timing might be off.
Yaser has the answer. When you change the cam positioning sensor, you have to readjust the ignition timing with a fairly sophisticate scanner.
