Jumpy acceleration

I have a 2019 Honda accord with 77k miles , I recently did my spark plugs engine oil and some needed work for miles and time frame , 3 days after doing spark plugs I noticed my car was jump/jerky , I did some troubleshooting from ignition coils , spark plugs gap , i actually removed new spark plugs and replaced with old spark plugs then my car did not accelerate when in drive , I thought mabe it was low transmission cvt oil so I flushed and replaced with 3.8 quarts but when I removed it was only like 1 & 3/4 quarts full , I did not check the rpm since I was not aware , my transmission was replaced at 28k due to hitting a item on road going 60+ mph on freeway , it’s at the dealership now going thru diagnostics test , but am wondering what could it be and if I could repair it my self with little experience if any at all 😂 any advice helps

Well I doubt if you can fix it cuz it really sounds like the CV transmission is going out. That's why I don't like those things
