Honda accord doesnt hold revs

I have a 2004 Honda accord cl7 with turbo diesel 2.2 liter ctd-i engine with a manual transmission.

My problem is that my engine idles well but while i give it a little bit of revs, it doesnt hold it revs change).

1)So lets say i try to hold it at 1500 rpm and it suddenly just highers or lowers the rpm by around 300 rpm.

When i hold it at around 1900 rpm can happen two things (the first option that revs lower like 300 or the second option described below)

2) i hold revs at 1900 for a whole minute or so and i suddenly hear a click or something and the car starts revving lice crazy. From 1900 to 3500

What could be causing it? I bought a new air filter just in case but it didnt help. Im suspecting its a maf sensor or throttle body or something along those lines.

Thanks in advance
