Hey there Scotty, your biggest fan here. I’m giving my mom my 2012 1.8 liter Corolla because she’s staring an encore career after being retired for several years at Alcoa where I work. We travel close to an hour for work and I’m wanting to buy a used civic so I can compare the two and Iv just always wanted to own a civic just like my super reliable Corolla. Would you recommend getting a standard transmission or roll the dice with their automatics. I’ll be buying used of course because I’m a cheapskate too. I’m guessing a 2008-2015 is where I’ll end up buying. Thanks, you da man… Tyler from the Hoosier state
