Hi Scotty,
Good Morning
I have a Honda Civic 8th gen one day it slightly went up the normal temperature range
I replaced my radiator and all the water pipes, thermostat valves and hose pipes
After which the car has been driven unto 1500 miles and it never went above the normal temperature range
But now have an unexplained coolant loss
1. coolant over flow tank is overfilled
2. I loose coolant even after 10 miles drive about 100 ml every trip
3. there are no visible leaks have checked thoroughly
4. tested the head gasket and it is is also ok with no exhaust gases in the radiator
5. the vehicle drives fine, good acceleration and powerful
6. There is no smoke in tail pipe (white, black or blue)
What should I do please guide me a detailed answer will be appreciable

The signs of blown head gasket. You may have internal leak so the leak test does not show it.
That’s what I thought too, but since he said he already tested it..
Internal leak does not show in the test.
Yup
If it is an internal leak my engine oil will be milky or at least the exhaust tail pipe will have white smoke, which is not the case too, as I have no smoke from tail pipe and engine oil is also fine.
Your CAT is doing its job to capture all the white smokes. Pressure test the cooling system, if it checked out, considering the fact that you do not have drips on the ground, your car burns it.
I would first vote for the wrong thermostat, wrong radiator cap or not having properly burped the air out of the system on the refill.
