Hey scotty so i have a 2019 honda civic lx 2.0 liter cvt with 20,000 miles on the odometer. Is it normal when it is like 32 degrees in california and my whole dash plastic where the digital speedometer and gas level and engine temp are that it has condensation on it but goes away after warming the car up?

As far as you do not have any condensation inside the dash, it should be ok.

I've never seen that. I would take it out and dry it. The moisture might eventually damage the electronics.
