Hey Scotty, I recently bought a manual 1997 Honda civic Ek4 Vti with 124 000 miles as my first car, I have noticed that in roads that aren't in amazing condition, my steering wheel moves a bit to the left and right, I have raised the car and checked for play in the suspension and steering components but everything seems tight, I did noticed that on one side the upper ball joint had it's boot torned. Should I be concerned?!
Note: this model in specific has double unequal length wishbone suspension front and rear

If it has a steering stabilizer (looks like a horizontal shock absorber) check it for function. If not, I'd take it to a specialty alignment shop to be checked out for safety at the very least.
