[Solved] Honda CRV 2004 rattling noise

hi 

I've got a rattling noise coming from the top of the engine, please has a listing and let me know whats the issue might be https://youtu.be/cxgKenpKzSA  

 

I did check the OBD2 but no errors found 😪

Start by adjusting the valves Honda's need valves adjusting it may have never been touched
