Honda Electrical Problem

Hello, my name is Omar Reynoso. I own a 2014 Honda Civic Coupe EX 1.8L CVT. I recently did a serpentine belt change because the old one made a lot of noise when the AC was on.

When I changed the belt the AC noise went away. However, as I was driving home from work many dash lights turned on spontaneously. First, the battery symbol turned on. Then the ABS, TPMS, Hill Start Assist, Brake System, and Power Steering lights turned on. The car's electronics turned off, including power steering. The engine still ran and was able to make it home.

As I inspected the built I noticed that the routing was not the same as the user manuals. I re-routed it and no more battery symbol. However, the dash lights still were on.

My main questions are where do I go from here? Did I blow fuses? Have my sensors gone bad because of this?

Thank you all for helping.

reset the codes first and see if they come back again.
